Faulty goods and missing parts must be reported as soon as possible via email to sales@thenortheylights.co.uk. A telephone call alone is NOT sufcient. The following information is required:
Name and Address on invoice Order reference and date Contact number
Email Address
Quantity of Faulty items and their code name/number
Brief description of fault
An Attached photo may be helpful also if possible
Faulty goods will not be accepted until this information has been provided but once authorisation has been given by a sales executive at The Northey Lights, the goods can be returned.
All goods must be returned in their original packaging.
All goods must be returned packaged in an outer box not just in the product box.
Any items returned in just the product box will not be refunded. We cannot be held responsible for any further damage if the goods are not adequately packed.
Once goods have been received back to our showroom they will be inspected and examined.
If a fault is found a refund will be issued within 14 days via the same payment method used to purchase the goods.
A refund will only be provided once the lights have been inspected and are found to be:
Unfitted, unused and in a re-saleable condition.
Returned in original product item box with no damages or defacing of the product item box including stickers and writing and all parts of the goods received in the condition that you received them in.
Goods that are not in the original packaging are classed as unsellable and therefore will not be accepted for a refund.
